Get Your Brand Cultural Resonance Score

In partnership with the ANA Cultural Leadership Alliance, Collage is offering to help you find out how your brand is resonating with any cultural growth audience.
This audit will quantify the $$ value of the growth opportunity.

How is the Audit conducted?

The audit relies on Collage’s Brand Cultural Fluency Quotient, or B-CFQ, as the underlying measure of cultural resonance for each brand. The analysis compares brand-level cultural resonance data across your selected audience (see below).

What is B-CFQ?

It’s a proprietary metric that quantifies how well your brand resonates across any cultural growth audience (i.e, ethnicity, age, lifestage, sports fandom, sexuality, gender) compared to your competitors. It measures across Fit, Relevance, Memories, Value, Trust and Advocacy. A higher B-CFQ means your brand is effectively connecting with that group—critical for unlocking higher ROI, driving conversion, and reducing brand risk with growth audiences.

Why does it matter?

By analyzing thousands of brands over multiple years, Collage found that a one-point change in B-CFQ corresponds to a 0.79 percentage-point change in purchase intent, which can then be quantified to revenue opportunity.

Can I measure other audiences?

Yes, the Collage methodology extends beyond a single audience.
