		This is why we work with Collage. It’s not easy to create a safe space online in words alone but Collage is able to do so. There was care for the psychological safety of the respondents and I could feel the cultural competency! Trust is so key when it comes to interacting with multicultural populations, and Collage understands that. There can be such a feeling of inadequacy for people when it comes to talking about money and Collage gets that too. Collage is able to alleviate fears right off the bat and I know that will lead to real responses and a good experience for those participating in the survey.
