Business Development Representative / Sales Associate

Through outbound calling and targeted lead generation email campaigns, the Business Development Associate’s primary goal is to partner with the Director of Business Development to acquire new organizations to expand Collage Group.

Public Relations and Communications Manager

The Public Relations & Communications Manager will be responsible for launching our corporate public relations strategy. As Collage Group continues a period of hypergrowth, the Public Relations & Communications Manager is an opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and self-directed public relations professional to build and implement a brand awareness strategy from the ground up. This role will be responsible for driving brand strength and visibility of Collage Group among media, strategic external partners, and consumer insights and marketing professionals. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

The Public Relations & Communications Manager will be an expert in establishing relationships with the media, and creating impactful, consistent external outreach strategies and messaging. With strategic direction from the Director of Marketing and in close collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, the Public Relations & Communications Manager will build and leverage relationships with reporters and external partners to grow visibility of Collage Group as a thought leader on the evolution of America’s diverse consumers.

Multicultural Research Manager, Consulting & Workshops

The Multicultural Research Manager, Consulting & Workshops will fulfill projects with clients to solve their most challenging market problems. This individual will have the chance to pioneer new methodologies in brand and go-to-market strategies, market sizing, customer segmentation, and organizational design, while using our unique insights and data assets.

This is a uniquely hybrid analytical-strategic role, where each day you may be called upon to learn and execute quantitative or data analysis, while at the same time deconstructing problems and building strategic frameworks. You will be called on to perform both deductively—decomposing a problem and finding its root causes and related solutions—and creatively.

Director, Brand and Advertising Measurement Products

To support Collage Group’s continued high growth and innovation roadmap, we seek a Director, Brand and Ad Measurement Products. While this is a product role, we are open to strong candidates with a research and insights background interested in moving in the product direction.

This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer. Your primary objective is to increase the business impact of the “CultureRate” product suite for measuring the cultural resonance of brands and ads (and potentially other marketing assets). You will work closely with leadership, client services, sales, marketing, data operations, product design and engineering to ensure revenue, customer satisfaction, product and operational goals are met.

Director, Custom Quantitative Research

As a director at Collage, you will join our world-class team dedicated to helping companies win in markets where an understanding of culture makes all the difference. This is a multi-functional role where you will be able to manage day-to-day responsibilities of research projects, start to finish: Client outreach, consultation, proposal development, oversight or creation of research instruments, analysis and presentation of final deliverables.

This includes serving as a trusted strategic advisor by understanding client’s big picture strategies and day-to-day needs; crafting compelling stories, working independently to translate data into insights that address key client business issues; collaborating with your team members so that projects get done well and right: on time, on budget and on strategy for the client; assisting in the hiring, development, management, and retention of Custom Solutions talent; and working in partnership with Business Development and Account Director teams to develop new business, grow accounts and retain clients.

This is a multi-functional role where you will be able to 1) conduct market research with a diverse array of consumers, 2) work with Collage’s clients to solve their most pressing cultural marketing challenges and 3) develop Collage’s intellectual assets, including breakthrough insights, strategies and best practices to provide a complete picture of America’s fastest-growing, most influential consumers.

Customs Insights, Client Development Partner

As Collage Group is poised for growth and further innovation, we are hiring for a Customs Insights, Client Development Partner that will report directly to our VP, Custom Insights. We’re open to remote for this position! Collaborate directly with the Sales and Syndicated teams to scope and design custom research solutions with new and existing clients. Participate in RFP discussions, develop and present proposals, and assist in developing and presenting capabilities presentations. Develop an understanding of client’s businesses and industries in which they operate, and negotiate with vendors.

Senior Analyst, Qualitative Research

Collage Group is looking for a motivated Senior Qualitative Research Analyst who is naturally curious and has a passion for understanding human behavior. A high level of motivation and excellent communication skills are required to manage an incredibly diverse slate of impactful work, clients, and team personalities. Flexibility to work on multiple projects, a natural aptitude for organization, and deadline-driven deliverable creation are equally important in this fast-paced environment.

Associate Director, Syndicated Research

In this role, a successful individual brings strong research methods and research management background, including solid expertise in social science or psychology-related fields, and be familiar with survey research and best practices in various quantitative methods. We are looking for a creative problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a high-energy and positive work environment, surrounded by peers with a passion for deciphering the cultural transformations impacting trillions of dollars of consumer spend, producing insightful and actionable research to best inform innovation and strategy. 

Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate role is pivotal in operationalizing the many activities that enable the team to accomplish critical goals, ranging from administrative tasks all the way to directly interfacing with clients. The team will rely on you to enable Client Services Directors to deliver excellent customer service by providing support in execution against ad hoc content and data related requests, renewal and upsell related activities and KPI reporting.

You will work collaboratively amongst the team to assist in uncovering and communicating key insights, context and actionable strategies on all research projects that you manage and own.

The Director, Business Development will join a talented team of strategic sales professionals, marketing strategists, researchers, analysts, and multicultural marketing experts focused on driving our clients’ businesses in a diverse consumer marketplace.

The Director will be responsible for growing revenue and achieving revenue goals in an assigned territory by selling Collage’s syndicated insights, custom research and consulting capabilities to Fortune 1000 companies.
